Investing Pool:

• The investing pool will consist of approximately 80% of the fund's value at most times.

• The investing pool is fueled with 80% of second market royalties.

• 60% of profits from investment activity will be reinvested into the investment pool.

• The investing pool has Automated Built-In distribution and slippage limitations.

  • Distribution:

    • The fund will allow a maximum investment of 6.5 % of the balance on hand.

      • EXP) Balance = 100,000 --> Max investment is 6,500

      • EXP) Balance = 93,500 --> Max Investment is 6,077
